A visionary and natural facilitator, Raul has spent 20 years supporting organizations worldwide embrace next level performance. He has served almost every major industry as a catalyzer working with executive teams to help them align culture to business results with the ability to integrate conventional management practices and business models with on the edge philosophy and stake holder perspective into more effective organizational designs.

Along with his colleagues at Integralis Consulting Group, he has supported mid to large size corporations in their journey towards developing a culture that follows purpose whilst consciously integrating stakeholders. Applying the Integral Framework, a systemic perspective and an array of assessment tools, Raúl leads interventions with clients at the individual, team and organizational levels. He also coaches a handful of C level executives.

His core value proposition is that performance of individuals, teams and organizations is as effective as their consciousness development. The more conscious (aware) some one is, the greater and more constructive impact on the world. He is certified in a suite of tools and practices that allow him to bring a unique blend of “hard” and “soft” processes to teams and individuals.

He has published a Novel and is on the process of writing “Next Stage: because impact matters”. He also co-created a management framework for SME’s and is a regular speaker. He serves in boards, mentors entrepreneurs and has also been a serial entrepreneur in ventures as varied as soccer, telco, internet, ecotourism, entertainment, real state and services.

He is President for the Mexico Chapter of Conscious Capitalism, a not-for-profit organization with the purpose of bringing awareness into México’s mainstream business community and entrepreneurial ecosystem on the relevance of conducting business from a place of consciousness.
